Among other positions, Tamara has co-managed multi-million dollar programs like those at the New York Palace Hotel and Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, with chefs such as Michael Mina and Bobby Flay. She has designed events for Sephora and Nvidia. At Vinfolio, she annually sold $2-3 million in wines and in 2020, she launched her own wine company, Mini Vacay.
